Needs Analysis

A needs analysis identifies the target group's actual needs, motivations, daily challenges, and support priorities before the program or intervention begins.

What real need should the program address, which target group should be prioritized and what evidence should the design be based on?

We structure social impact analysis, impact evaluation, CSR report, SROI and grant program evaluation studies with a common impact chain.

We separate need, activity, result, change and supporting data so the social investment becomes a usable value narrative for decision makers.

We measure beneficiary change in women, youth, farmers, cooperatives, SMEs, education, financial literacy and capacity building programs.

We do not treat evaluation as a technical file only; we make it usable through executive summary, infographic, stakeholder narrative and tracking indicators.
